With the philosophy of total quality, safety, security and environmental management, the Department of Marine Engineering provides undergraduate and graduate education and consultancy services, conducts scientific studies and trains long-distance shift engineers for the maritime fleet. It is aimed to raise students as individuals who are researcher, questioning, self-disciplined, self-disciplined, have leadership skills, have social responsibility awareness, lifelong learners, analytical thinking and applying, prone to teamwork, and have maritime customs and traditions.
